Terms & Conditions for Weddings Formals & Special Occasions ( subject to change without notice)

Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the terms and conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance

Bookings are not "confirmed" until the due booking fee has been paid.

50% booking fee is required with all bookings and is non-refundable

Balance to be finalised by 10 weeks prior to the booking date to guarantee availability. No refunds after this time will be given

Payment may be made by: direct deposit credit card

Direct deposit details:

Visa / MasterCard 2.5% admin fee . Amex/Diners: 4% admin fee

3 days clearance is required for direct deposit

Additional time: 10 minutes in excess of the agreed hire time - no charge

Thereafter 15-minute units at a rate of $60 per 1/4 hour (or part thereof) per car

Additional time will be deducted from the credit card as provided or

Invoiced to the Event organizer who has made the booking

No smoking consumption of food or drinks in vehicles,

Cancellation incurs loss of booking fee Cancellation less than 10 weeks notice, full payment booking fee required.

Cancellations to be in writing, and will only be refunded back to the original credit card.

Liability claims are limited to the total monies paid by the client

All vehicles are regularly and thoroughly maintained. However, should requested vehicle(s) be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control or any other cause whatsoever, a replacement vehicle(s) as close as possible to the booked vehicle(s) will be dispatched depending on timing etc no liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.

No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.

The client is responsible for all passengers, should the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the chauffeur’s judgment are unfit to travel the chauffeur may terminate the booking. All damage to the vehicle will be charged to the client’s credit card or invoiced to the organizer for time out of service and damage caused whatsoever.

We endeavour to meet all deadlines and accept NO responsibility for any delays however caused, theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicle.

Any passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk
